| 摘 要： | 以河南大学物理与电子学院为例,在分析该院电子信息专业毕业设计(论文)中存在问题的基础上,为了达到人才培养目标的要求,从教师队伍建设、实践类课程建设、规范化管理、导师制、科研创新意识培养、论文时间前移、与实习实训和电子竞赛相结合、与就业和考研相结合等方面,对毕业论文教学环节实施进行了一系列有效的改革实践.
