| 摘 要： | 辽宁省在需要大量的高级技工的同时也蕴含了巨大的技工培训产业。对辽宁老工业基地技工资源现状进行分析，并给出技工资源开发的具体时策将对现代企业高级技工资源的培训、开发，向全国各地乃至国外输送高技能人才，满足全国制造业对技能型人才的需求具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The Shortage of massive advanced mechanics in Liaoning province also offers a chance to develop the industry of training mechanics. This article conducts massive careful investigation and offers some feasible countermeasures, which will be of great praetical significance for developing mechanic resources and satisfy the needs of manufacturing enterprises across the country. |
