| Abstract: | Politics civilization is a concept that Comrade Jiang Zemin has specially emphasized in the report of the 16th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party, it isalso one of our important goals in the construction for the complete Xiaokang Society. Comrade Jiang Zemin points out that we must accelerate a coordinated development of the matertal civilization, the political civilization and the cultural and ethic civilization so as to achieve the great rejuvenization of Chinese nation. From the historical and realistic points of view, this artical probes into the role and significance of political civilization construction. |
