| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO，给各行各业带来了新的要求，作为培养高等专门人才的高等院校必须充分认识到入世所带来的新变化。从入世带给中国管理人才的新要求为出发点，探讨高等教育在新形势下所进行的改革，从构建新型管理人才的培养模式、深化教学改革、加强实践基地建设以及加强师资队伍建设等方面进行探讨，以求对管理专业的高等教育工作有一定帮助。

| Abstract: | China's entry into the WTO poses challenges to nearly all trades and professions. Colleges and universities, whose task is to train specialized talents, must rise to those challenges. The new situation presses hard for needed educational reforms in management science. This goal can be attained through constructing a new model of training management talents, deepening the teaching reform, strengthening the fieldwork and training more qualified teachers. |
