| 摘 要： | 本文以嘉庆九、十年间发生于湖南的两件侵贪案为例证,剖析嘉庆朝地方吏治领域的弊端,同时梳理了清代尤其是嘉庆朝惩贪律例的流变及其对当时吏治的影响,通过以上研究,初步探索了"嘉道中衰"时期地方吏治中的因果、得失.

| Abstract: | With two corruption cases in Hunan in the ninth and tenth years of Jiaqing period as an example,the article is designed to analyze the weaknesses of local bureaucracy and sort out the changes of punishing rules as well as their corresponding influence on the bureaucracy at that time.In this way,the factors causing the decline in Jiaqing and Daoguang periods will be further discussed. |
