| 摘 要： | 在市场经济的条件下,就业与社会保障是一个不可分割的有机整体.一个国家健康、持续的发展,离不开有效的社会保障制度维系和促进就业政策的推动.要正确认识和处理就业与社会保障的关系,按照社会主义市场经济体制的要求,树立和落实科学的发展观,充分体现以人为本的要求,通过加快完善社会保障体系,促进就业和再就业,推动经济和社会的协调发展.

| Abstract: | Employment and social security are an indivisible whole under market economy. A valid system of social security and a set of policy stimulating employment are important for the sustainable and healthy development of a nation. Therefore, we should correctly understand and deal with the relation between employment and social security, set up scientific development view, and fulfill the human-orientated spirit according to the demand of market economy.Through improving and perfecting social security system, and expanding employment and reemployment, promote the concordant development between economy and society. |
