论胡适的诗论

胡适的诗论包括多方面的内容,但其主体是“诗体的大解放”理论。该理论主张“打破五言七言的诗体,并且推翻词调曲谱的种种束缚;不拘平仄,不拘长短,有什么题目,做什么诗;诗应该怎么做,就怎么做”。它一方面明显地受到了美国意象派诗论、晚清“诗界革命”理论的影响,另一方面又对中国现代诗论,新诗的发生、发展产生了明显的影响。

On Hu Shi's Poetic Theory

Hu Shi's poetic theory contains multi-perspective contents, the main theme lies in the theory of "great liberation in poetic style". The theory holds "poerty must break the bonds of the five-character or sevencharacter style and eliminate various restictions imposed on by the traditional poetic theory. One can compose a poem in a style in accordance with its theme without considering the classical meters. On one hand Hu Shi's theory is apparently influenced by the American imagism and " the revolution in poetry"in late Qing dynasty while,on the other hand,he brought a great impact on the development of modern Chinese poetic theory and new poetry.
