| 摘 要： | 以山西省临汾市原公安局长邵建伟由清廉走向腐化、从勤政变为贪婪的心路历程为切入点,运用“双重人格”理论,从人性弱点角度分析犯罪原因、过程及警示意义,探寻贯彻党中央最近提出的“把教育和预防作为反腐败工作的重点,坚持标本兼治、综合治理、惩防并举、注重预防方针”的方法和途径。

| Abstract: | Analyzing the psychological processes of Shao Jianwei who was the former head of the Public Security Bureau of Linfen,Shanxi Province, from rectitude to corruption,etc.,the author uses the theory of dual personality to analyze the reason,course and caution purport of crime from the angle of frailties of human nature so as to carry out counter measures raised by the Party Central Committee recently,in which,education and precaution are looked as thekey of anti-corruption task. |
