| 摘 要： | 企业是一个复杂的耦合运行的人造系统,是一个契约结合的关联体,对企业的经营活动及其过程实施控制是十分必要的。本文在借鉴超越预算理论的基础上,结合目前我国预算控制系统存在的若干问题,对知识经济环境企业预算控制系统中的预算控制目标、组织和方法的创新问题进行了初步探讨。

Innovation of budget control system for corporations in knowledge economy |

| Abstract: | Corporation is a man made complicatedly running system, and an united body with contract. It is necessary to control the operation activity and process of a corporation. On the basis of the theory of beyond budget and the current status analysis, this paper deals with the innovation of goal, organization and approaches of budget control system for corporations in the environment of knowledge economy. |
