There are many questions on special forms of infringing on copyrights which never get enough research and so give rise to difficulties for the judicial application.In the aspect of coincidence of criminal law articles,it is necessary to analyze the coincidence of this crime and fraud.In my opinion,we should deal with this question according to the principle of "felony prior to misdemeanor".In the aspect of joint crimes,the character of the manufacturing has to be given more attention.The state of action of infringing copyright should be taken in account when researching the suspended situation and quantity of crime.
