| 摘 要： | 目前我国卫生改革正处在由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转变的转型期 ,政府必须加强我国医疗机构的管理。应建立医疗机构管理的法律体系 ,包括行业准入制度、宏观运行控制制度、微观运行控制制度、法律救济制度等。在宏观运行控制制度中 ,医疗机构分类管理尤为重要。应建立科学的分类标准 ,制定不同的财政、税收政策 ,并完善各项配套措施

In the medical reform, China government should strengthen governmental leadship and management for the medical institutes. We should construct the system of health law and management sheme. In the system, classified management for the medical institutes is of greater importance. |
