| Abstract: | This paper has made an analysis of the factors adversely influencing the unity of the leading group in terms of ideology, policy making, manipulation personal, personal administration, personal interests and theoretical differences. Through the analyses, we are fully aware that we must stress study, politics, justice, discipline, harmony in order to strengthen unity by overcoming and eliminating all kinds of factors which are unfavorable for unity. |
