社会变迁视阈下的公共文明

改革开放,社会急剧变迁,中国社会正处在一个农业社会向工业社会和信息社会、传统社会向现代社会不断的转变过程之中,社会的转型、经济的发展使得公共文明的范围、内容、形式都发生了很大的变化.在我国社会积极变迁视阈下,公共文明作为社会主义精神文明的一个重要组成部分,它既要从农耕社会的传统文明中汲取道德精华,更要建立起一整套符合现代社会要求的道德规范.当下社会公共文明屡屡缺失,其根源就在于社会评价机制的弱化和国民素质的不高.只有当人的发展与社会现代化的发展相一致时,这样的社会才达到真正现代化的公共文明.

Public Civilization In The Perspective Of Social Change

With the implementation of reform and opening-up policy and the social change, Chinese society is in the process of transmission from the orientation of agriculture to industry and information, as well as from traditional to modern society. The social transformation and economic development led to the great changes in scopes, contents and forms of public civilization. Public civilization is an important component of socialist spiritual civilization in the perspective of positive social changes. It needs to absorb the essence of the traditional civilization, and to construct a moral system adapting to the requirements of modern society as well. The root of the current deficiency in public civilization lies in insufficient evaluation mechanism and inferior qualities of the public. The real modern public civilization will he realized only when individual＇s development is consistent with social modernization.
