摘    要:德育场力是指德育工作者为实现德育目标而采取的各种德育方式交互作用于德育对象所产生的向德育场“场源”运动的力量。德育场力是一个矢量,它具有大小、方向和作用点三个要素,其整合遵循平行四边形法则。影响德育场力的主要因素有德育目标、德育内容、德育方法、教师素养、学生素质、师生关系、德育空间和德育时间等。应通过全方位德育、全过程德育、切入学生道德经验系统、显性德育方法和隐性德育方法有机结合、优化德育环境等途径来整合和优化德育场力。

Abstract:The moral education field strength refers to the movement strength moving toward "the origin of the field'.They are different kinds of moral education ways interactively imposed on the receiver of moral education adopted by moral educators to realize the objective of moral education.The moral education field strength is a vector,it has three essential factors of the size,the direction,and the operation point.Its conformity follows the parallelogram principle.The primary factors influencing moral education field strength are the moral education goal,the moral education content,the moral education method,the quality of teachers,the student quality,the relationship between teachers and students,the moral education space,the moral education time and so on.We should go into the student morals experience system through the omni-directional moral education and the entire process moral education.Implicit and explicit moral educational methods should be intermingled and moral education environment should be optimized in order to conform and optimize moral education field strength.
