| 摘 要： | 在阐述了现有对第三方物流涵义与特征研究的基础上，对与第三方物流相关的信息化管理理论与技术的研究做出了总结与评述，分析了第三方物流的信息化管理实现的基础与手段，同时指出我国第三方物流信息化管理过程中存在的问题，进而提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the current study of the meaning and characteristics of the third party logistics, tne research on its related information management theory and technology is summed up and commented. The basis and means to realize information management of the third party logistics are analyzed. Meanwhile, the existing problems in the information management of the third party logistics in China are pointed out, and corresponding countermeasures are proposed. |
