| 摘 要： | 教师教学监控能力是教师素质构成的核心要素，提高教师教学监控能力，是提高教师素质的关键。这种能力主要包括：一、教师对自己教学活动的事先计划安排；二、对自己实际教学活动进行有意识的监察、评价和反馈；三、对自己的教学活动进行调节、矫正和有意识的自我控制。
