| 摘 要： | 学生体育伤害事故,给学生带来不幸和痛苦,给学校造成管理上的困惑和不安,也是困扰体育教师、影响教育教学秩序的严重问题。基于此,开展对学生体育伤害事故学校责任的研究与探讨,明确学校和体育教师的法律责任,建立健全监督管理机制,有效地防范和处理学生体育伤害事故,消除负面影响具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Student sports injury accidents, a serious problem that perplexes physical- training teachers and exerts bad effect on teaching order, brings misfortune and agony to students and brings about school management disorder. In view of this, studying school responsibility in student injury accidents, clarifying the legal responsibilities of the school and physical - training teachers, building perfect supervision managing mechanism, are of great significance to preventing and handling student injury accidents. |
