抗日战争时期湖北后方国统区战时经济政策考察

抗日战争时期 ,湖北省政府在鄂西后方国统区推行了一系列战时经济政策。主要内容包括统制战略物资、实行凭证供应、提倡物物交换和发展社会生产 ,等等。这些措施 ,对粉碎日伪的经济掠夺和经济封锁 ,维持后方正常的经济秩序 ,支持抗战 ,发挥了重要的作用。但是 ,它对后方民营工商业的发展和人民的日常生活 ,也产生了一定的消极影响

A study on the war-time economy policy of Kuo Min Tang controlled Hubei rear-area during Anti-Japanese War period

During Anti-Japanese War period, series of war-time economic policies were practiced by Hubei Provincial Government in Kuo Ming Tang Controlled West of Hubei Rear-area, including: exercise strictly control over Strategic supplies, provide supplies relying on certificates, encourage exchange of materials and development of social productivity etc. These practices played important role in smashing the Japanese and the Puppet government's economic blockade, maintaining the normal economic order in the Rear-area and providing support to the Anti-Japanese War. But it could not be neglected the negative influences, these practices brought, upon the development of private manufacturing and commercial industries and the well-being of the people in the Rear-area.
