| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来 ,我国对外开放度不断提高 ,在利用外资规模不断扩大的同时 ,外贸连续多年出现顺差 ,外汇储备逐年增加 ,1996年突破 10 0 0亿美元大关 ,到 1997年已有 1399亿美元的巨额外汇储备。外汇储备的增加对增强我国综合国力、增强国家对外支付能力和国家宏观调控能力具有正面效应 ,但同时也存在负面效应

| Abstract: | Since the reform was first carried out, China has been more open to the outside world and more and more foreign capital has come in. At the same time, foreign trade has had favorable balance and foreign exchange reserve has been increasing year by year. The increase of exchange reserve has positive and negative effect on strengthening comprehensive state power, enhancing the state external paying ability and macroly adjusting and controlling ability of the state. |
