| 摘 要： | 从人力资本存量和流量的角度实证分析了人力资本与河北经济增长的关系,认为人力资本促进经济增长和人力资本边际报酬递增效应都具有初始条件的要求,并且估算出2005年全国31个地区人力资本促进经济增长的临界值为6. 29,河北省人力资本边际报酬递增效应的临界值为0. 87。

| Abstract: | This paper emp irically analyzes the relationship between the human cap ital and the economicgrowth of Hebei in term of the stock and the flow of the human cap ital. It is p roved that the human cap ital islimited by the initial conditions for p romoting the economic growth and increasing marginal returns. It is esti2mated that the critical value of the human cap ital p romoting the economic growth in the 31 areas in 2005 is6. 29, and the critical value of the human cap ital increasing marginal returns in Hebei Province is 0. 47. |
