| 摘 要： | 本文通过从消费者权益保护法的调整对象、价值与原则、调整方法与法律责任三方面进行阐述，以明晰消费者权益保护法的经济法属性。只有具有经济法属性的消费者权益保护法才能切实的保护消费者的权益。

| Abstract: | This paper expatiates on the adjusting object and the value and principle, also with the adjusting method and the obligation, to make out the attribute in Economic Law on the Law of Protection of Consumers＇ Rights and Interests. The Law of Protection of Consumers＇ Rights and Interests can protect the consumers＇ rights and interests very well only when it has the attribute in Economic Law. |
