“两难”与“双名”

当前,学术期刊界特别是学报界在生存与发展、改革与创新上,面临重重矛盾。作者针对此集中讨论了两个话题,即“两难”症———“稿患”与“稿荒”,和“双名”热———“名刊”与“名栏”热,认为对“两难”症,我们不能消极回避,而只能积极适应,“对症下药”;对“双名”热,我们也不应盲目追逐,而应理性对待,因“刊”制宜。只有这样,才能求得学报的可持续发展。

"Two Extreme" and "Two Famous"

At present,the academic journal circle of colleges and universities is faced with numerous contradictions interfering with the reform and development.As to this problem,the author concentratedly talks over two phenomina,one is shortage of highly rated research papers or surplus of poor research papers,the other is blindly pursuing after the assessment of famous journals or columns.The author thinks that in order to realize the sustainable development of the journals,we should adapt positively to the present situation of research papers,and suit the remedy to the case;we should do rationally with the assessment,and suit measures to journal conditions.
