| 摘 要： | 保障弱势群体利益实现是构建和谐社会的应有之义。当前,弱势群体在社会资源分配中处于弱势地位,难以及时有效实现合理的利益要求,甚至出现弱势群体代际恶性循环倾向,严重影响和谐社会建设。为了促进社会和谐发展,优化执政党利益整合机制、畅通利益表达机制、规范利益分配机制、健全利益补偿机制,将是满足弱势群体利益诉求,构建和谐社会的根本出路。

| Abstract: | The harmonious society should ensure the interests of disadvantaged groups.In the present situration,the disadvantaged groups are in an unfavorable position in resource allocation.It is hard for them to realize rational interests effectively.All these seriously affect the construction of harmonious society.To promote harmonious social construction,it is necessary to optimize the interests combination mechanism,perfect the expression mechanism,standardize the distribution mechanism and set up the compensation mechanism.These are the basic ways to satisfy the demands of disadvantaged groups and construct a harmonious society. |
