榆林能源基地水资源承载力研究

通过对陕北榆林能源基地水资源开发利用现状的分析，指出水资源开发利用中存在配置不合理，工业用水定额偏高等问题；并对该区域水资源承载力进行了分析，提出为使该区域可持续发展，必须引用黄河水源，尽早安排天桥引黄、大柳树引黄等工程。

Study on Water Resources Carrying Capacity of Yulin Energy Base

By analysing the present situation of water resource development and utilization in Yulin energy base, the paper points out the problems such as, the unreasonable disposition of water resources and the high fixed quantity of industrial consumption exist in water resource development and utilization. By analyzing water resource carry- ing capacity in Yulin energy base , it also points out that Tian qiao Yin Huang Project which is to pump the Yellow River water from Tian qiao , Fugu county to Yulin and Daliushu Yin Huang Project which is to pump the Yellow River water from Daliushu to Yulin have to be constructed soon to achieve sustainable exploitation of water resources in Yulin.
