| 摘 要： | 孔子的中庸思想,是理性智慧和思辨哲学的集中体现,也是一种成熟的管理观念。中庸基本思想具有“和而不同”、“过犹不及”以及“时中”与“权”等特质,文章在对此进行分析的基础上,从“和”的协调功能及“经权合一”的管理方法论两个层次,探讨了其在现代社会的管理价值。

| Abstract: | The Confucian golden mean is the integrated demonstration of both rational wisdom and dialectic philosophy,contained in such notions as "harmony without uniformity","inadequacy of overdoing" and "weighing every circumstance".This paper studies the value of Confucius' doctrines for modern management from two aspects: the coordinating function and methodology of "integration of rigidity and flexibility". |
