| 摘 要： | 通过对专家及学生的调查,以及相关的资料分析得知,目前高职院校学生的体育素养普遍较低。培养高职院校学生的体育素养迫在眉睫,应转变教学观念,改革教学方法,并通过体育教学、课外体育活动、体育竞赛、运动训练等,形成＂四位一体、互相渗透＂的格局,加快学生体育素养的培养和提高。

| Abstract: | Based on experts,student surveys,as well as related data analysis showed that the current vocational college students is generally low literacy sports.Vocational schools train students in sports accomplishment imminent,should change the concept of teaching,reform teaching methods,and through physical education,extracurricular sports activities,sports competitions,sports training,to form a ＂ four in one,mutual penetration＂ of the pattern,speed up the students Physical literacy improvement. |
