| 摘 要： | 我国的助学贷款在具体实施的过程中 ,由于教育、金融部门之间所处的位置不同 ,表现出各自不相同的态度 ,没有很好的承担各自的权利与义务 ,缺少默契的配合 ,从而阻碍了我国助学贷款的进程。学校与银行应统一思想 ,提高认识 ,形成合力 ;应采取建立贷款担保基金、大力发展生源地贷款、做好助学贷款的事前、事中及事后管理等具体措施 ,以促进我国助学贷款更健康、持续的发展。

| Abstract: | In the implementation of students loan,the attitudes of universities and the bank are different.They are short of coordination,and this situation in turn impedes the development of the students' loan policy.Universities and the banks should work together to find a scientific and healthyway in order to develop the students' loan policy. |
