| Abstract: | The social basis of the growth of the modern constitutional state is civil society,which is the driving force for the democratic social revolution. Civil society fostering the constitutional factors: the growth of individual independence, the direct source of the modern democracy and the separation of powers, etc. Civil society is the prerequisite for democracy--where there is no support by civil society, there is no possible growth of constitutional state. |
