| 摘 要： | 随着新世纪的到来，我国加入 WTO即将成为现实，届时我国纺织品出口将受《纺织品与服装协议》的约束。在新的国际贸易环境下，我国纺织品出口既面临着巨大的机遇同时也面临着严峻的挑战。目前我国在纺织品出口方面还面临着一定的困难，在国际经济新秩序中，如何适应新形势，加强我国纺织品出口的管理，进一步扩大我国纺织品出口是本文重点讨论的内容。

| Abstract: | With the coming of the new century,it will come true that China joins in WTO.And then,our textile export will be under the line of ATC.Textile export occupies a very important position in China.The export of our textile will meet opportunities and also challenges.In order to adapt the new circumstance of textile trade,we must adjust our management strategy and policy,so that we could find a way out to enlarge our textile export. |
