道歉言语行为中请求策略的使用

摘    要:道歉作为一种言语行为,其实现模式在语用学和社会语言学领域一直是研究的热门课题之一。1984年Blum-Kulka等人进行了"跨文化言语行为实现研究",首次对道歉和请求两种言语行为的实现模式进行了系统的阐述。随着人们对道歉言语行为研究的不断深入,Blum-Kulka等人提出的有关道歉策略的划分也显现出不足之处。文章通过问卷调查的方式,对道歉言语行为中所涉及的另一种言语行为的实现模式,即请求策略进行分析,以探讨两种言语行为之间的内在关系。

Abstract:The realization patterns of the speech act of apology have been a popular subject in the field of pragmatics and socio-linguistics. The CCSARP(Cross-cultural Study of Speech Act Realization Patterns) launched by Blum-Kulka is a project that explores how the two speech acts of apology and request are realized in different social and cultural backgrounds. However, the five apology strategies set by Blum-Kulka show some limitations. By way of questionnaire conducted among some Chinese undergraduates, this paper focuses on the request strategy used in the realization patterns of the speech act of apology, and discusses the relationship between two speech acts: apology and request.
