| 摘 要： | 高等学校辅导员的师德建设直接关系到高校人才培养目标的实现,加强辅导员队伍的师德建设,对坚持“以德治校”,构建文明、和谐校园具有重要的意义。论文在阐述高校辅导员师德的特殊内涵的基础上,全面分析当前高校辅导员师德建设的现状和所存在的问题,并提出了加强高校辅导员师德建设的主要措施。

| Abstract: | The moral fostering of college instructors is directly related with the realization of the cultivation goal of college talents,and strengthening the moral construction of college instructors is of great importance to the perseverance of "governing the college by morality" and the construction of a civilized and harmonious campus.On the basis of illustrating the special concept of moral fostering of college instructors,the article analyses the current situation and existing problems of moral construction of college instructors and puts forward the major countermeasures. |
