| 摘 要： | 本文主要从正负两个方向分析了网络政治参与的民主价值,指出网络政治参与削弱了信息集权控制的能力增加了政治参与手段和途径凸显了少数派权力,具有正向民主化价值。另外也可能使信息集权控制更加隐蔽,加剧信息两极分化,甚至造成网络无政府状态,具有负向民主化价值。

| Abstract: | This article tries to analyze,from both positive and negative directions,the value of democracy in political participation on the Net.It points out that political participation in network weakens the controlling power of information centralization,increases the means of political participation and highlights the power of the minority parties.On the other hand,it may make information centralization controlled much more concealed,worsening the information polarization,and even resulting in network anarchy. |
