| 摘 要： | 以我国政府职能转变为着眼点,分析了政府职能的内涵与我国政府职能的现状,并对政府职能转变的意义进行了探讨.提出我国政府职能转变的新范式--公共服务型政府;并试指出构建公共服务型政府的相关举措,以期对我国政府改革提出一些建议.
