| 摘 要： | 对数字图书馆建设中所涉及到的信息加工、组织和传播的知识产权问题进行了分析，在对中关两国在知识产权保护方面的现状进行比较的基础上，指出了我国数字图书馆建设中所存在的知识产权问题，并就我国数字图书馆建设中知识产权保护工作提出了建议和措施。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the problems of intellectual property rights in the processing organiaation and dissemination of informetion in the process of the digital library construction.based on the analysis of present situation between China and US on the intellectual property protection,this article points out the problems of intellectual property rights in digital library construction in our country,and proposes some sugsestions and counter measures on intellectual property protection work were put forward. |
