现代化进程中新生代农民工价值观的矛盾透析

作为推进城镇化的重要元素，新生代农民工的现代化直接关系到他们自身的发展与我国城镇化的顺利实现。因此，分析把握新生代农民工在现代化过程中的价值观矛盾现状与成因，从而引导树立社会主义核心价值观体系为主导的价值观，从制度、组织、文化等层面为新生代农民工的精神家园寻求一条融入现代化的道路。

The New-generation Migrant Workers Value Conflicts in the Process of Modernizations

The modernization of values of the new-generation migrant workers, a key factor in pushing Chinese urbanization, relates directly both to the development of these young migrant workers and to the realization of the whole urbanization. This article makes an analysis of the conflicts of the values of the new-generation migrant workers in the process of modernizations in an attempt to guide them to establish the new values based on the core socialist values. This article discusses a general framework of the modernization of values on institutional, organizational and cultural levels.
