科技企业孵化器在孵企业创业特征与绩效分析——基于宁波国家级孵化器问卷调查的统计结果

科技企业孵化器在孵企业的创业特征与绩效的研究对推动孵化器平台建设和科技企业创业发展具有重要的意义。以宁波国家级科技企业孵化器为例,其在孵企业规模小、对技术研发投入力度大、创业者多为年轻男性,科技企业孵化器为在孵企业提供的硬件条件较好,但对在孵企业软实力的培养尚显不足,因而在孵企业自主盈利能力不强。

About Characteristics and Performance of Science Enterprises in Technological Incubators-Based on Statistical Result of Questionnaire Survey

A study of the entrepreneurial characteristics and performance of science enterprises in technological incubators is an important for the development of such enterprises and for the construction of such incubators. This article makes a questionnaire survey of the incubated science enterprises in a national technological incubator in Ningbo. Results of the survey show that incubated enterprises are small in scale but they have plenty of technology R＆amp;D investment, and that most of the entrepreneurs in these enterprises are male, and they are also very young. The technological incubators provide good hardware conditions for the incubated enterprises, however, their support to the soft power of the enterprises is not enough and this results in the inadequate independent profitability of the incubated enterprises.
