| 摘 要： | 经济增长和社会发展的关系是一个极易被人们理解出偏的关系,借助“拉弗曲线”便能形象、透彻地分析他们相互促进、相互制约的矛盾属性,揭示经济增长对社会发展影响的价值:总是存在着使社会发展获得同样价值的两种经济增长率。在此基础上可寻求两者均衡发展的规律:增长、停滞、调整的三段式循环规律和台阶上升式良性循环规律,为在实践中形成良好的经济发展战略开启有益视点

| Abstract: | It is very easy to comprehend erroneously the relationship between economic growth and social development. Laffer Curve allows us to see vividly and clearly their contradictory relationship of facilitating and conditioning each other and to explain the significant effect of economic growth on social development: there are always two economic growth rates which have the same effect on social development. On this basis, we can find the laws of their balanced development, namely, the law of circular development of growth, stagnation and regulation and the law of step by step development. These laws can help us form sound economic strategies. |
