| 摘 要： | 当今时代,网络融入了人们的工作和生活,并深刻地影响和改变着传统的政治参与的结构和模式。网络政治参与不仅是扩大政治参与、实现人民民主的技术性力量,而且蕴含着政治参与本身的价值诉求,是工具性价值和目的性价值的统一。正义作为中西文化思想探索与政治实践的价值聚焦,指引和规制着网络政治参与的实践。在网络政治参与正义价值实现方面,良好的政治运行是前提,利益和需要是动因,广泛的实践是实现途径。
