| 摘 要： | 梁实秋认为,文学超越于一切时代、一切人群、一切人类活动,它是一个独立自足的人类生活领域。梁实秋的文学独立观不同于现代流行的纯艺术论,梁实秋更多地将文学进行人性的界定而非审美的界定,因而对纯艺术论又多有批评。在现代中国,救亡图存压倒一切,梁实秋倡导文学独立观,强调文学对于人性的修复功能,自然不合时宜,但若从中国现代文化建设的整体来看、从文学的发展规律与发展远景来看,则又有其存在的合法性依据。
