| 摘 要： | 现代人常常处于人生的困顿之中,寻觅生活意义与建构生命价值已成为现代中国人急需解决的重大问题。从中国传统人生智慧的视野出发,我们应该区分幸福与快乐的不同、生活品质与生命品质的不同,且要从生活快乐的有限之中去寻求生命幸福的无限,亦即在有限的人生中去追求生命的永恒,从而既获得生活的意义,亦提升自我生命的价值。
