浅淡高校中老年教职工的健康教育

近几年 ,在对学校中老年教职工的健康体检发现 ,各种慢性病患病率有明显增加 ,且有低龄化倾向。文章指出 :要有地效降低患病率 ,关键在于预防。而针对高校职工高知属性和工作生活特点 ,采取多种形式的健康教育 ,则是行之有效的预防措施。文章着重强调健康教育的重要性和必要性 ,并对健康教育的内容和形式进行探讨

On the health education for the mid-and-old aged staff and faculty at colleges

Through the physical examination for the mid and old aged faculty and staff in our university in recent years, we find that the disease rate of various chronic diseases obviously increases and this tendency extends toward the young people. The authors think that the key to effectively lower the disease rate lies in prevention. Meanwhile, to provide varied ways for health education proves to be effective measures too in allusion to their work and life styles. In this paper,the improtance and necessity for health education is emphasized and the form and content for health education are also discussed.
