新世纪学报编辑综合素质谈

有关编辑的素质问题 ,前人多有论及 ,新的世纪对编辑素质提出了更高的要求。以往 ,人们论及编辑素质多从编辑的思想政治素质、科学文化素质、身体心理素质、劳动技能素质等几方面着手 ,现将这些方面加以新的诠释 ,指出编辑学者化、编辑是杂家的论断有其片面性 ,新世纪的学报编辑应该是具有更高层次、更高水平的、一专多能的、懂管理、会经营的具备综合素质的编辑

View on general competence of journal editors in the new century

Much talk has been focused on the general competence of editors in the past.Editors in the new century are required to reach a higher level.Their competence, discussed previously much in the light of ideology,education,body and mind and work skills,will be shed new light here.This article points out that editors should be of great scholorship and the idea that editors are of mixed abitlities is incomplete.In addition,editors of the new century should be the ones with higher level ,the ones expert in one field and good another related areas meanwhile,the ones capable of managing .These are general competence necessary for the new century.
