| 摘 要： | Iarrived at the International Hotel a little too late to get onto the shuttle bus which had been designated to take participants to the NGO Forum site in Huairou. I stood at the front of the hotel and readily identified several other women who appeared to be in the same predicament. Quite resourceful, we quickly gathered into groups of three and made plans to share taxis out to the conference site.
