从"以德治国"高度论高校的理想信念和道德教育

“以德治国”是江泽民同志代表党中央在新的历史条件下提出的重要的治国方略。新形势下在教育领域贯彻落实江泽民同志“以德治国”的思想 ,首先应增强“以德育人”的意识。高校的思想道德教育工作者应对理想、信念和道德教育的地位、作用及大学生的理想、信念和道德现状、特点有一个清醒、全面而正确的认识 ,并在此基础上制定出切实可行的措施 ,把崇高的理想、信念和道德传授给学生。

The Education of Ideals,Faith and Morals of the Higher Learning from the Point of "Governing the Country through Morals."

Governing the country throug the morals" is the strategy of governing the country put forward by General Secretary Jiang Zemin on behalf of Central Government in the new historical situation.The first thing to carry out this policy is to strengthen the consciousness of the "Governing the Country through Morals".The staff in charge of the ideal and moral work in the higher learning institutions should have sober and correct realization of the position and the function of the ideal,faith and the moral education to the college students.In addition, they should fully and correctly realize the conditions and characteristics of the ideals, faith and morals of the college students ,eatablish the practical and feasible measures on the basis of it and then teach the student the noble ideals, faith and moral.
