磁化水对草履虫生长繁殖和过氧化物酶活性的影响

摘    要:用不同磁极化强度的磁化水配制草履虫培养液培养草履虫,36h后进行个体计数并显示其过氧化物酶活性.结果表明,磁极化强度为0.300,0.400,0.500,0.600T的磁化水能明显促进草履虫的生长繁殖(p<0.01),磁极化强度过高或过低,促进作用不明显,甚至使生长繁殖速率降低(p>0.05).过氧化物酶活性随磁场强度的增强而逐渐增大.

Abstract:Paramecia was cultured in culture solution with various magnetic polarization water.The number of paramecia was calculated and the activity of peroxidase was displayed after 36 hours.The results show that the culture solutions at 0 300,0 400,0 500,0 600 T make paramecia growth breeding obviously fast (p<0.01).At much too high or low magnetic polarization the growth breeding of paramecia becomes decrease or ambiguous (p>0.05). The activity of peroxidase is strong with the increase of magnetic polarization.
