基于SFA的中国农村区域技术效率分析

运用随机前沿分析方法对我国农村区域技术效率进行测算,分析技术效率差异对农村区域收入差距的影响。研究发现,全国范围内技术非效率对产出差距的影响十分微小,产出差距主要受不可观测的其他因素的影响;中部地区技术非效率是导致地区内各省份之间收入差距的重要原因,而对于东部和西部地区而言,这种解释力度并不强。另外,通过对技术效率的收敛性分析得出,全国范围和东部地区的技术效率存在着明显的收敛趋势;而中部和西部地区技术效率处于显著发散的趋势,技术效率对收入差距的拉大作用越来越大。

Analysis on the Technical Efficiency of China's Rural Areas Based on the SFA

Technical efficiency of China＇s rural areas is calculated to analyse the technical efficiency influence on the income gap between rural areas through SFA method.The research shows that technical inefficiency has a little effect on the rural areas income gap nationwidely and it is mainly affected by other unobservable factors.The technical inefficiency of central region is an important reason for the income gap whithin regions,but it isn＇t for eastern and western region.In addition,the convergence analysis of the technical efficiency shows that there is a significant convergence trend of technical efficiency in nationwide and eastern region,and there is a significant divergence trend of technical efficiency in central and western region.The technical efficiency has more and more influence on the income gap of central and western region.
