| 摘 要： | 概述了郭沫若的《甲申三百年祭》所引发的一代又一代中国共产党领导集体对党跳出 执政周期律的认识进程:毛泽东认识到要让人民行使当家作主和民主监督的权力;邓小平提 出三个"有利于"标准凸显执政党兴国富民的价值追求;江泽民创造性地提出"三个代表" 重要思想,在认识上和实践上进一步把握住了中国共产党的执政规律,胡锦涛在新时期高举 "三个代表"重要思想的伟大旗帜,紧紧抓住发展这个执政兴国的第一要务和执政党的自身 建设,全心全意为人民群众谋利益。

| Abstract: | This essay summarizes the cognitive process in which the leading collectivities of CCP of all generations have stayed away from the feudal idea of reign, as was discussed by Guo Mo-ruo in his article: The 300th Anniversary of the Jiashen Year. Historically, Mao Ze-dong realized the importance that people should be the master in the political life of China; Deng Xiao-ping brought up "three principles of advantageousness to the people" to outline CCP's pursuit in values; Jiang Ze-min put forward his creative theory of three representations; and Hu Jin-tao, following the guidance of the 3 representations, gives priority to economic development and the Party's constructions so as to better serve the people. |
