| Abstract: | Catholicism disseminated in China in the mid 16th century through the sea route. Its first landing place was Guangdong province. From that time to the end of the Ming Dynasty, catholicism went through countless difficulties and setbacks in its developnment in Guangdong. This paper will divide its development into three parts based on the research. |
