| 摘 要： | 本文根据公共物品理论 ,针对农业科学研究的特点 ,提出了物品谱的概念和一个公共物品属性分析模型 ,并用它对农业科学研究的经济学性质和投资进行了初步分析 ,在此基础上对农业科学研究按经济学性质进行较详细的分类 ,并提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of public goods and agri-science research, the concept of goods spectrum and a model of public goods analysis is developed and the economic aspect of agricultural and investment, discussed, the fields of agri-science research are classified into detailed categories in the light of its economic properties, and some policy suggestions are proposed. |
