| 摘 要： | 以科学发展观为指导,营造高校内部"以人为本"的社会生态环境是把"以人为本"思想内化于高等教育的关键问题和具体实践.本文联系高校实际,提出了建立高校内部社会生态环境,完善"以人为本"办学体制、机制等具有可操作性的观点和措施.

| Abstract: | To follow the guidance of the scientific concept of development and create a social ecological people-oriented environment is the key point and concrete practice to integrate the idea of putting people first with higher education. By uniting with the reality of the institutions of higher learning, the paper puts forward some practical viewpoints and measures regarding how to build a social and ecological environment inside the institutions of higher learning and perfecting the people-foremost school-running system and mechanism. |
